The family history linked to the world of wine begins with the Cavalchina, located in an area characterized by a long history: there are testimonies of the Habsburg land registry which, already in 1848, make known the existence of a large number of quality vineyards and resistant. Not only viticultural history, but also battles: the Cavalchina was at the center of the first and third wars of independence.

Blend of Gargenega,Fernanda (Cortese), Trebbianello (a clone of Tocai) and Trebbiano. Due to different maturation times the Trebbianello grapes are picked at the beginning of September, mid September for Fernanda and the beginning of October for Garganega and Trebbiano. The result is a delightful dry white wine with herbal tones with hints of grapefruit and green apple on the nose. Dry and soft on the palate with an almond like finish.
