Meet the Brewers

Crumbs Brewing was founded by Reigate husband and wife Morgan and Elaine Arnell in 2017 in collaboration with Chalk Hills Bakery, whose lovingly crafted artisan loaves would become the basis for lovingly crafted artisan beers.
The Bakers are Chris & Rosie Robinson from Chalk Hills Bakery in Reigate, Surrey. Provider of delicious, organic, artisan breads to a range of deli’s, restaurants and pubs in the local area as well as via their shop on Bell Street. What’s less well known about Chris and Rosie is they also used to be publicans. A fact that meant they were very receptive to the random phone call received one day asking “Do you fancy trying to make some beer from your leftover bread??”
We got to know about these beers as Claire used to work with both Morgan & Elaine in their previous lives in Marketing at Boots! We have all come along way since then and who knew we would end up in the drinks trade? Cheers guys!

Meet the Distillers

Brentingby Gin is a true craft gin, handcrafted and bottled in the heart of England. Nestled in the Leicestershire countryside, all their gin is made and bottled in Melton Mowbray.
Combining contemporary with tradition to create a modern and unique Gin, we hope to inspire our drinkers with the same passion for locally-made, authentic produce, that inspired us to create it.
BRITISH MADE, SCOTTISH EXPERTISE & SOUTH AFRICAN INSPIRATION. As founder, Bruce has brought his South African roots into Brentingby Gin’s design.

The founders of Rare Bird Distillery in Malton, North Yorkshire are a small group of like-minded individuals with a passion for fine flavour and a love of Gin. Collectively, they have lived and holidayed in both the wine regions of Bordeaux France and the rolling Tuscan hills of Italy. These locations, apart from their beauty, seemed to have something very important in common; a discerning local community who have enormous pride in local produce, who demand high quality ingredients and appreciate the best flavours. Their senses acutely awakened by these experiences, they gradually began to reject the mass produced Gins most often found in the supermarket aisles, in search of something superior, something more flavoursome, more satisfying.
