A delivery note will be emailed to you upon confirmation of the order. No price details will be put inside the box unless specially requested.

Most refunds are done the same day but it may take up to 30 working days for your bank to transfer the money back into your account.

You can call the office on 01530 433 274 or email [email protected]. Opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, if you call outside these hours please leave us a message and we will call you back ASAP.

If there is a fault with your order please email [email protected]. When returning a parcel we ask that it is sent back in the same packaging it arrived to avoid damage.

You will receive a card telling you you’ve missed the delivery. Follow the instructions on the ‘sorry we missed you’ card or use the tracking link you will have been emailed or texted to arrange alternative delivery options. Please get in touch as soon as possible; parcels may be returned to the sender (Ashby Wines) in three working days if you do not contact them.

We understand that some bottles of wine can be corked from time to time. If this is the case please keep the full contents of the bottle and contact us ASAP.
