Pale rose colour. The bouquet expresses a typicality of Provence; intense early spring flowers, peaches and apricots. Plenty of charm. A softly dry exquisite finish.
Blend: Cinsault 50%, Grenache 35% and Syrah 15%
Excellent with tuna and salmon tartare as well as with knife-edge or raw veal sausage, appetizers, grilled white meats, fish with even elaborate preparations.
