AREA OF ORIGIN: The geographical reference is the promontory of Monte Conero on the Adriatic sea and the descending hills.
APPEARANCE: Intense ruby ​​red color, clear and brilliant, with purple hues. It turns to garnet with aging.
PERFUME: Pleasant and vinous smell in the first period. In maturity it fades, leaving fruity and floral aromas emerge.
TASTE: Sapid, harmonious, dry, dry and full-bodied flavor, tending towards bitterness. With maturity it acquires softness.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18 ° (to be enjoyed at room temperature)
