This special Champagne pays tribute to the strong character of the grandmother. Hélène, wife and mother of wine producers, worked during all her life for the Estate. Hélène personnaly sends back with perfection this prestigious bottle: character, fineness and style.
Grape Varieties:
50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier.
APPEARANCE: A pale golden wine with green and silver flashes. The numerous fine bubbles scamper quickly to the top of glass.
NOSE: White fruits as pear and peach with roasting notes.
PALATE: The attack is fresh and fruity. It is a weel-balanced wine with bread aromas and coffee notes.
