The grapes coming from a single vineyard, a plot historically known as Aratorio della Tesa, are delicately pressed in a closed circuit vacuum press in the absence of oxygen and at a controlled temperature. The must is clarified by flotation, with the sole use of nitrogen. The fermentation in steel barrels and the subsequent permanence on the yeasts express a variety of floral aromas that evolve towards apple and almond. The taste is elegant, very balanced floral with a persistent and creamy aftertaste reminiscent of almond.
