A fresh, refreshing rosé with subtle berry fruit aromas. An off-dry palate has classic English summer fruit and hints of summer hedgerow. A crisp, fresh finish make this ideal summer drinking as an aperitif or with fish dishes and BBQs.

Phoenix 43%, Seyval Blanc 28%, Triomphe 9%, Pinot Noir 7% & Mad Ang 4%
Harvest Details:
Phoenix and Seyval on GDC trellis old vine, with younger reds and Mad Ang on Gheo. Sandy loam soil. All hand picked fruit. 2020 was a small harvest, but good quality. Good conditions at harvest. Average picking date of 2nd – 10th October. Grape analysis averaged 70 Oeschle. Acidity 9.4gpl.ta
Winemaking:
Gentle pneumatic pressing, yeast 71B, fermented at 16°c in stainless steel tanks. Bentonite fining. No MLF. Crossflow filter and membrane 0.45m.
