This wine’s intense, fresh and floral smell has a nice white fruit note and orange flowers hints, which comes before a very fresh, fruity and crispy taste, intense to the palate but pleasantly balanced. Within the respect of the rules of Montecarlo, it is an innovative wine for the area, being it’s aromatic, because of the high concentration of Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon and Malvasia.
To be served at a temperature of 8 – 10° C.
It’s the ideal to be matched with seafood and vegetable appetizers, seafood or cold cuts.

The varieties that compose this fantastic wine are assembled only during the pre – bottling phase. Separated vinification and fermentation, done in stainless steel with monitored temperature. Ageing in stainless steel.
