Intense ruby red color. Intense scent with deep dark fruit and flowers hints, cocoa and spices to define the complexity, which belongs to the terroir where it comes from. Highly structured taste but elegant and deep, with intense tannins which are rounded and balanced at the same time.

Perfect with roast meat, wild game, grilled red meat, tasty cheese.

Fermentation & Ageing:
Fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature for at least 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak barriques for about 18 months.
