Rola Rosé shows the unique character of Touriga Nacional in Rosé form! This rosé is made by using two different plots, one with 10 years and another plot with 30 years. All grapes are de-stalked and the remaining juice is decanted for 24 hours at 8° Celsius in 2,500L stainless steel vats.
The pale colour together with the bottle makes it a eye catching rosé for those who especially like a paler styles.
Unique vibrant fruit in the nose show the Touriga Nacional grape with a “breath of fresh air”, you will find touches of white flowers and violets. Extremely elegant, vibrant and with a long finish which makes it a very well balanced rosé on the palate.
Serving Temperature: 9- 10C
Style: Fruity dry rosé.
Food Matching:
Pairs well with spicy food in general, sushi, oriental food and rich flavour. A great wine to share with friends.
