GRAPE VARIETIES:
Depending on the year, the blend is made up of the following grape varieties:
Grenache Noir 70 – 75%
Syrah 15 – 20%
Mourvèdre 10 – 15%
This exceptional cuvée is produced only in great years. It is a double selection: these are the wines from our oldest vines (75 to more than 100 years old) planted on our best exposed terroirs, for which we choose only the best barrels after a year of ageing.
