Taste examination: Exuberant and structured, with marked and rigorous sapidity- acidity combination, settling with very nice minerality.

This wine goes well with medium-structured dishes, such as first courses of pasta with meat sauce, poultry, mushrooms or truffles, risottos; main courses prepared with pork, veal with sauce and cheeses.
