Cranberry, strawberry and raspberry are evident as well as subtle notes of floral notes such as rose petal and violets. Excellent length and tannins.

These wines really are “The Dog’s”…. A cracking red and white pair from the Roussillon, deep in southern France. A region much overlooked and brimming with promise and potential.

Grape Variety: A Field Blend including Caladoc, Marselan & Carignan

Viticulture: From some of the finest vineyards in the Roussillon, this delightful fruity red wine is created from a field blend of native varietals, usually comprising Carignan, Caladoc and Marselan or Grenache Noir. The soils are composed of clay and silt.

Winemaking: A traditional red wine fermentation in stainless steel without carbonic maceration.

Oak Ageing: No oak aging
