Exceptional vintage for this Ladoix premier Cru. Among the rare cuvées in Burgundy, Ladoix Blanc is a wine of rare elegance. Here offered in 1er Cru locality “Les Grêchons” and made by the Maratray-Dubreuil estate, this Ladoix 2019 premier cru is at the same time concentrated, complex and refined.

Thanks to the know-how of the Maratray Dubreuil estate, it is aged in oak barrels in a very precise way, it brings a discreet and elegant woodwork that will reinforce the complexity and structure without harming the voluptuousness.

Straw yellow color and honeyed and buttery aromas make this white wine a nugget of Burgundy with very interesting value for money.

Serve at: 11 to 12°

Food Pairing:

Full and sinewy, this wine perfectly suits the salty flavours of shellfish and cooked seafood and with Asian cooking its great generosity attenuates the spices of, for example, fish and prawn dishes. Cheeses: blue cheeses, goat cheeses and Gruyère.
