This Vinho verde is made from the traditional premium grape Alvarinho from the classical sub-region (Monção) by the Spanish border. A dry wine with tropical fruit with a pineapple backbone, complexity and power. The slightly higher alcohol content helps balance its zesty acidity and green apple flavours. It has the power to balance strong food and make fresh seafood explode with flavour.
