Tasting Notes: Classico has an intense ruby colours and a gentle bouquet of sweet blueberry cherry, ink and a hint of spiced cedar-wood. On the palete it delivers a well structured and velvety mouth feel with a soft, elegant, lingering aftertaste. Great aging potential

Vinification: After malolactic fermentation, the wine, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in 70% new and 30% second filled french oak barrels for 18 months.
