Premier Cru is not on the label, but this status is assured by the Wine Exchange. Chaudron only makes millesimes in the best years. 2011 is 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, and is impressive: toast, minerality, depth and length. A very nice Champagne. With only 6g of dosage, 2011 is an Extra Brut. The Chaudron Extra Brut Grains de 2011 vintage is very full of flavour and absolutely not too sour, which you can sometimes experience wiyth champagnes that are too dry.

This Champagne will remain drinkable until 2030.
