Dense ruby red. Primary red fruit on the nose with notes of blackberry and raspberry compote. On the mouth silky, chilli pepper and spices come together in this 100% Merlot. The finish is juicy with velvety tannins.

Fermentation: 22 day–fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26/28 degrees with native yeasts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation takes place during ageing
Wine Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels of second and third use and 6 month-bottle ageing
This wine is bottled without any previous filtration to preserve all its integrity.
