Chenin Blanc is the winemaker, Andries Blake’s favourite white varietal. The wine is produced from a single vineyard dryland bush vine in the Swartland. Golden hued and full-bodied with hints of banana, dried apricot and honey on the nose. The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and then it is fermented in stainless steel tanks. A full wine with a good mouthfeel. This well structured wine have sufficient body to enhance spicy and full flavoured meals. Also partners well with mild seafood and poultry
